Is/are up and running • it has / they have begun to work as planned
Is/are falling into place • it is / they are on the point of starting to work well
Is/are looking up • it is / they are looking very positive

Did everything go all right at the conference? Yes, the whole thing went like clockwork
Did you make my advice? Yes, and the whole thing worked like a dream
Have you started the new training programme you were planning? Oh yes, it’s up and running
