As result of my passion about gastronomy and food since decades, in 2008 I decided to found one gastronomy blog (www.ellaboratoriogastronomico.com) including all its digital strategy in social networks. In few years became one of the most visited blogs about gastronomy in Spain going above 50K visits in December 2011.
